I played a pivotal role in developing the Content Management System (CMS) at PredictSpring, which was acquired by Salesforce and evolved into Salesforce Retail Cloud and Salesforce Modern POS as of September 2024. During my tenure at PredictSpring, I spearheaded the development and launch of numerous features, such as the Sales Audit Dashboard, Deposit Configuration, and Return Policy, enhancing the user experience through responsive design and global configuration support. Additionally, I contributed to unit testing, product feeds, end-to-end testing, and security enhancements as PredictSpring transitioned to becoming Salesforce Retail Cloud.
